We build simple tools and automations around how your business already runs. Less busywork for you, more for your customers, and costs you can control.
Built for a restaurant group with over 250 locations, a one-person handyman shop, a local ad sales rep, and a Jamaican restaurant in East Point. The restaurant group saved tens of thousands of dollars in litigation and labor.
THE WORK
Every job moves one of three things.
We look at how your week actually runs, find where time and money leak out, and fix the one that matters most first.
More customers.
Help people find you and ask for work. Websites, quote requests, online ordering, and call lists that tell you who to follow up with.
More from each customer.
Make the bigger order easy to say yes to. Catering and larger jobs put up front, simple ways to share and refer, and follow-ups so people come back.
Lower costs.
Take the busywork off your plate. Approvals, paperwork, reports, training, quotes, invoices, and menu and price changes, all handled in one place and run from your phone.
We use the simplest tool that does the job. If a plain automation works, we won't sell you a complicated one.
Opening something new? We still take restaurants and shops from concept to opening day: menu and equipment, branding, marketing, website, vendors, and opening week.
What we do not take
Stamped drawings, hood and fire-suppression engineering, building permits, and running the construction. Those stay with the people licensed to do them.
How a job starts
You answer the questions below. Skip anything you do not know yet.
We talk once. You walk us through your week, and we find where your time and money go. We write down where things stand today so we can measure the change.
If the work fits, you get a written proposal: what we'll build, which of the three it moves, where you are today, and what we expect after. Half is due to start. Half is due when the work is delivered.
CASE STUDIES
Work we have built and shipped.
Here is what more customers, more value, and lower costs look like for real businesses.
Restaurant group · 2023 to 2024
A multi-unit restaurant group
One operator app for approvals, legal paperwork, reporting, training, and company news.
Lower costs
THE PROBLEM
Operators at over 250 locations, plus the support staff behind them, were juggling approvals, legal paperwork, reports, training, and company communication. Every manual step costs labor. Every paperwork gap carries legal risk.
WHAT WE BUILT
A web app for operators at over 250 locations and all of their support staff.
A streamlined approval process.
Data collection for legal documents.
Reporting, training, and company communications in the same place.
THE OUTCOME
The group saved tens of thousands of dollars in litigation and labor across the organization.
Local magazine ad sales · Newnan, GA
Field Book
A phone app that tells a sales rep who to call, what to say, and what comes next.
More customers
THE PROBLEM
A rep selling ad space in Summer Grove Living, a Best Version Media magazine, needed local businesses to call. Cold calls go nowhere without a reason to talk. Follow-ups slip when notes live on paper.
WHAT WE BUILT
A daily call list of local businesses across dental, restaurants, cafes, retail, salons, contractors, pet care, and home services. Closest shops come first.
Each lead is checked for a web presence gap: no website, Facebook only, or a site of their own.
A personal call opener built around that gap, plus replies for “I'm busy,” “send me an email,” and “we already advertise.”
Two-tap call logging, from no answer through meeting set to customer, with the next follow-up scheduled for you.
Meetings go straight onto Google Calendar with an invite emailed to the business.
Installs on a phone like an app and syncs across devices.
THE OUTCOME
The rep opens one list each morning, with a reason to call every business on it. Every call gets logged with a next step.
Home services · one-person shop
Spark & Spackle Handyman
A handyman website with the whole back office behind it.
More customers
Lower costs
THE PROBLEM
A one-person handyman business needed customers to find it and ask for work. Quotes, invoices, parts prices, and books for tax time all fell on the same person.
WHAT WE BUILT
A public site with 11 service categories, from house projects and smart home to painting, basic plumbing, and HVAC filters.
A quote request form where customers send photos of the job, and a share-with-a-friend text.
Pay by cash, Venmo, or Cash App.
An owner request desk and inbox, with phone alerts when a new request comes in.
Quote and invoice PDFs emailed to the customer, then marked paid.
Parts price lookups, profit and loss reports saved to Google Drive, and a TurboTax-ready tax export.
A digital business card.
THE OUTCOME
One person runs the shop from a phone: a request comes in, a quote goes out, the invoice gets paid, and the books are ready for tax season.
Jamaican restaurant · East Point, GA
Jerk Vybes
A restaurant site with Clover ordering, plus price and menu changes the owner runs from a phone.
More customers
More value per customer
Lower costs
THE PROBLEM
A Jamaican restaurant on Washington Road needed neighbors to find the menu, the hours, and the number. Catering trays are bigger orders, and people need to know they are an option. Keeping prices and the menu current should not wait on someone else or a trip to a computer.
WHAT WE BUILT
A menu with dinners from $18.95, served with rice and a side.
A catering section for parties, office lunches, church events, reunions, and graduations.
Hours, lunch specials, and the location up front.
Call to order for pickup and catering questions.
The Clover ordering system, integrated.
A price change function and a digital menu function.
All of it runs from the owner's phone.
THE OUTCOME
The site is live. Customers see the food, the prices, and the hours, and can call to order pickup or book catering. The owner changes prices and the menu from a phone.
