Privacy Policy

The questionnaire on our home page asks things like your name, email, phone, role, business name, type and location, stage and key dates, rough weekly revenue, profit and staff count, marketing and customer sources, what takes your time, and the tools you use.

Your answers stay in your browser. The site does not send them to our servers or save them. They only reach us if you choose to copy the brief or open it in your own email app and send it to us. If you do, we use it only to prepare for a conversation with you and to scope work.

The Books section is a private bookkeeping tool for BCG's owner. It uses Google sign-in with the basic scopes openid, email and profile. Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We use them only to sign you in and confirm you are the books owner. We do not ask for access to your Gmail, contacts, files, or calendar.

BCG's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except as needed to run the service, for security, or as required by law.

We use only the cookies needed to keep a signed-in session working (a secure session cookie and a short-lived cached copy of it). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sign-in accounts and Books records are stored in a Postgres database run by Neon, and the site is hosted by Vercel. We also use:

• Google, for sign-in.
• xAI, inside Books only, to read receipt images and look up places for mileage when the owner uses those features.
• Google's Gmail email service, inside Books only, to send the owner's own P&L reports when that is turned on.

These providers handle data only to deliver their service to us. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

We keep sign-in and Books data while the account is in use. Email we receive from you is kept as normal business correspondence. To see, correct, or delete your information, or to remove your Google sign-in account, email anthony@bespokecg.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also remove BCG's access any time from your Google Account's security settings.

This site is for business owners and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
