Any consulting, automation, operations, or marketing work is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement between you and BCG, and that agreement controls if it differs from these terms. Case studies describe past results and are not a promise of future ones.

The site's text, images, and branding belong to BCG or its clients and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

The site and its information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, BCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Coweta County, Georgia.
